1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

• Agreed to the Terms Of Service

• If the song was not the way you wanted it to be before rough draft.

• The song was not delivered within the time you have requested (MUST BE AT MOST 3 MONTHS)

• You were issued a copyright strike by using the song.

• Mistake of purchase within 7 days.
   

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Send an email to vindublin@vindublin.com with the subject "Refund Request."
b. In the email, provide your name, contact information, payment details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
c. Attach the work sample that was provided to you by Vin Dublin LLC.

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it to determine if it meets the eligibility criteria. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.

If your refund request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation within 5 working days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The refund amount will be equal to the payment made for the service, excluding any applicable taxes or fees.

Refund requests may be denied if:

- The request is made after 3 days of receiving the work sample.
- The work sample has been approved and accepted by the client.
- The client has violated our terms and conditions.
- The refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria.
